QUESTIONMARK POSTTEST LOG-IN

INSTRUCTIONS TO TAKE POSTTESTS

If this is the first time you are taking a posttest on this computer, you must first download the QuestionMark Secure software in order to run the test. You must have administrative capabilities to install this software. If you do not have administrative rights to your computer, contact your computer information technology person for assistance.

QUESTIONMARK SECURE DOWNLOAD Instructions:

Save open files and close out of all programs (especially email and IM’s)

In your web browser, go to www.QuestionMark.com/secure/

In the gray box, in the center of the page, do not fill out the survey information, just check the box in the lower right-hand corner (about joining the QuestionMark Communities), and then click on “Get QuestionMark Secure”.

The program will automatically download an .exe file. You may receive a pop-up window asking if you want to open the file or save it to your computer. Click on “save” and then save the file to your desktop.

Go to the .exe file (it should be listed as “QSP_Installer_4210_Eng”) on your desktop and double click on the file.

Follow the wizard directions for install. If you don’t have administrative capabilities at your computer, you will not be allowed to install this program. See your Information Technology person for assistance.

Once install is complete, you are ready to take the posttests.

QUESTIONMARK POSTTEST INSTRUCTIONS (This is a step-by-step process for logging in and taking the posttest exams.)

Log in using your SEO number (preceeded by a zero) and the password provided by PSATS. (This is the same password that you use for your web-based training courses.)
If you forgot you password: If you have a current email address on file with the SEO web-based training, we will email your password to that address. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, your email address may not be current. Please click here to send new email information.

QUESTIONMARK POSTTEST LOG-IN

Select the posttest that you wish to take.
(You may get an error message about running scripts, click yes to proceed.)

NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED IN TO A POSTTEST, YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE EXAM UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED AND HAVE CLICKED THE FINISH BUTTON.

Take the exam. Click on the question numbers or the ‘next’ button (on the right hand side of the screen) to move through the questions. As you go through the exam, you may flag or skip a question, continue on and then come back to the flagged or skipped question(s) later.

Once you have answered all of the questions, a “finish” button will appear below the listing of question numbers. When you are ready to exit the exam, click on the finish button.

A message will appear telling you whether or not you have successfully passed the exam. You may take each exam up to three times to pass. Click on the "Exit" button in the top left menu bar to close QuestionMark Secure. (You may have to log back in to access further posttests and your assessment reports.)

From the main page, select “reports on past assessments”. This will provide you with a transcript report of the courses that you have completed, and provide your actual test score. You may print this page. This will be the “successful completion” information for your records.
